TIME!!! We are all fighting against it. Whether it is catching a bus or a plane, making time to cook good nutrition, making time to spend with family and friends or setting aside time to read good books and information to further develop the mind. One thing is for sure – we all have the same amount of hours in a day, in a week and in every year as anybody else.
I talk about goals a lot. Goals take time and they should have a time limit. But one thing I also know is that in order to reach that goal of yours whatever it may be, we have to MAXIMISE our time to reach it. We juggle work, children, school runs and meetings but we simply cannot achieve our very best in many areas of life unless we have the energy to do them all and the continued consistent good health to not only do them all, but do them well.
A lot of people feel it is selfish to put their health and well being before others. In my opinion it is selfish NOT to. How can you help run your household efficiently, be your best and do the things for those you love if you are not functioning as you should? We have heard it many times. We know we have to maintain our cars, clean our houses and we work hard in our jobs, run our businesses and make various improvements. Never forget the fundamental thing…our bodies are no different. They too need cleaning out, maintaining, developing and improving so that we can do all of the other things to the BEST of our ability!
It really is simple. The two things that improve our lives and the lives of those around us is daily exercise and good nutrition. Do these two things and you will be AMAZED how much smoother everything else will become!
I am always on the lookout for ways to maximise time for my busy clients. I’m not ignorant in thinking that it is hard sometimes to do it right when it comes to exercise and nutrition but I know that a lot of BETTER choices and less excuses can be made to improve your life and well-being. In understanding that time can be a limiting factor, below for you are 7 different body weight workouts that you can do daily in less than 30 mins anywhere, anytime with no equipment. If you can find 15-30 mins a day to watch television or peruse on Facebook or social networking sites and other various websites then you DO have time for exercise!
And if you are on the go constantly, make the next day easier and healthier. Choose to! Prep your main meals at night and use some great Vyomax or Vyofit shakes or meal replacements in between to help ensure your body is getting fed the right nutrients regularly and to make sure that you don’t reach for the rubbish foods! There is no such thing as ‘I don’t have time’ – you may have LESS time than others, so make your nutrition and exercise habits fit your lifestyle.
Next time you clock into the blog, you’ll want to be able to say ‘I made time’ and ‘I’m making my life better!’ You don’t want to know that you made excuses. The choice is yours. What will you choose?
