- Egg White Omelette made with up to 6 whites and one yolk, add peppers, mushrooms and onions if you wish.
- Portion of oats made into porridge, add one scoop diet whey and top with raisins if required. (Try making the porridge with water).
- Protein Smoothie made with a portion of oats, scoop diet whey, 300ml water, some blueberries or raspberries all whizzed up in a blender.
- 2 Rashers lean bacon with 4 scrambled egg whites and a piece wholemeal toast, no butter.
Natalie Constanti’s Banana & Egg Pancakes
1 medium banana mashed up
1 or 2 whole eggs
1 tea spoon of Coconut Oil
Mix all 3 ingredients together in a bowl and then pan fry
Blueberries & Raspberries
A dollop of Greek yoghurt
1 tea spoon of real Canadian maple syrup or organic Honey
You can use any toppings of your choice. ENJOY!
