- Baked Potato or Sweet Potato, portion of Tuna either a steak or in brine/water, lots of salad with a little extra virgin olive oil mixed with balsamic vinegar.
- Portion Chicken or Turkey with leafy green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, red onions with a small wholemeal pitta bread.
- Slice of wholemeal toast and a small can of reduced salt/sugar beans.
- Portion of cooked pasta with tuna and vegetables.
Natalie Constanti’s favourite brunch combo – Smoked Salmon & scrambled eggs.
Simply use 3 whole eggs or egg whites if you prefer with a small cube of grass fed butter for healthy fats. Add in a couple of strips of smoked salmon and cook together for a few minutes. To finish sprinkle with some spring onion for topping delicious full of healthy fats & high in protein.
