Vyofit Mousse – an amazing guilt free dessert!
Take 1 scoop of Vyofit Diet Whey or Vyofit Soy Isolate and mix with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of plain Greek Yoghurt. Add a dash of water and mix with a small hand whisk. Put in the fridge for approx 20-30 mins to cool and harden. Sprinkle with a small amount of crushed pistachios and a little runny honey and enjoy! If entertaining a dinner party then simply extend the recipe for all your guests so everyone can enjoy. Lovely.

Take 1 scoop Vyofit Diet Whey or a soy Isolate, 300ml (or more if you desire) of nice cold water (less if you want it thicker and more if you want it thinner) drink and enjoy. Simple as it gets and a ‘no excuse’ option for a good quick snack. Add a piece of fruit such as a banana and blend in a blender if you need extra energy after a hard training session.
Vyofit Chocolate Protein Pancakes – serves 2 – forget heavy Sunday morning pancakes…these take the cake for protein, fibre vitamin c, antioxidants from the fresh berries and contain all good fats!
Set aside two separate bowls, one for the wet ingredients and one for the dry ingredients.
In one bowl, combine 1/2 cup oats (gluten free oats are my favourite!) teaspoon cinnamon, 1 large scoop of Vyofit Chocolate Diet Whey,and a dash of Stevia if you have a sweet tooth. In the other bowl combine 3 egg whites, 150ml water, tablespoon of either Udos Oil/flaxseed oil. In each bowl separately, thoroughly mix the ingredients together and then add the dry ingredients to the bowl of wet ingredients and mix continuously until nice and smooth with either a small hand whisk or fork. Get a large frying pan and spray it with a low calorie cooking spray like fry-light and place on a low to medium heat. Do not have it too hot as you will burn the base of the pancakes. Pour the contents of the combined mixture into the pan and slowly cook. It should take around 4 minutes, or a minute more to cook the underside. Once the edges of the top of the pankcake have gone ‘dry’ and free from running then carefully lift to see if it is brown underneath then flip if its cooked on the base. Serve with fresh blueberries and raspberries and fresh mint if you fancy it.
Vyofit Protein Health boosting Smoothie -
In a blender combine a scoop of your favourite Vyofit Soy Isolate or Diet Whey, heaped teaspoon linseeds, 1/4 cup raspberries/blueberries, 1/4 cup plain Greek yoghurt, 100ml organic apple juice, teaspoon cinnamon, teaspoon manuka honey (melted) and add around 100ml water to create a nice consistency for drinking. Blend until smooth and then enjoy the health benefits of this fabulous and delicious smoothie! If you don’t mind the taste, adding a dessertspoon of spirulina will further boost your immune system with this nutrient packed meal.
Vyofit Protein Porridge – the best way to start the day and a delicious way to enjoy oats!
In a bowl put approx 40g oats (gluten free oats are my favourite!) with enough water to cover the oats by about an inch. If you prefer thicker porridge, have less water if you prefer more ‘runny’ porridge then just add more water. Cook in a microwave (800w) for 1 minute. Cook more if you fancy it thicker. Once cooked, add your favourite flavour of Vyofit Diet Whey or Vyofit Soy Isolate, mix with a small hand whisk or fork until smooth and top with mixed omega seeds such as sunflower, pumpkin and linseeds. Like it sweet and feel like boosting your immune system? Then just add a dash of Manuka honey. Perfect to ward off winter colds, tastes great and keeps your colon healthy!
